- →For a first kit, prioritize parts availability and ease of straight assembly over theoretical maximum speed.
- →MA is a practical first PRO chassis; AR, FM-A and VZ are practical single-shaft choices.
- →Choose MS when you specifically want a modular platform and understand its class restrictions.
- →The body and kit package can matter more than the bare chassis when racing Box Stock.
SECTION 03
Compatibility fundamentals
- →Single-shaft and dual-shaft motors are not interchangeable.
- →Gear sets, terminals, A-parts, rear stays and body mounts can be chassis-specific.
- →A part marketed as universal may still require a legal mounting hole or adapter.
- →For B-Max, any required cutting, drilling or reshaping makes the installation illegal.
